Got Game!

Got Game!Students in grades 5-12 can come play a variety of video and board games and eat pizza with members of the Barberton Police Department. At the end of the program, each participant can choose a book to keep! Books and games provided through a donation from the Friends of the Barberton Public Library.

Furry Friends Forever

Furry Friends Forever animal graphicVisit the Humane Society of Summit County in their new Mobile Adoption Center - complete with furry friends. The Humane Society will also share tips on animal care and safety. The new mobile adoption center is custom-designed to safely travel up to 28 animals throughout the county.

Vegetable Gardening with a Master GardenerSummit County Master Gardener Geoff Kennedy will present the best tips and tricks for successfully planting and growing your vegetables this spring. The Summit County Master Gardeners teach environmentally sound, research-based horticultural practices and promote gardening for the citizens of Summit County. The group is affiliated with the Ohio State University Extension in Summit County.
